How much are the delivery charges?

Each product will have a different delivery fee.

On low value items, you pay comparatively greater shipping fees. In such circumstances, adding a little delivery fee allows in covering the product’s transportation expenses. To understand the delivery costs for specific products, please review your purchase summary.

Why is the delivery date different from the expected delivery window of X to Y business days?

Based on the dates displayed on the product page, it is conceivable that one of our courier partners will be closed between the day you place your order and the date of delivery. In this instance, the expected date is advanced by one day. Because some courier partners are closed on Sundays, the delivery dates take that into account.

What is the anticipated time of delivery?

The things are typically purchased and shipped by the seller within the time frame mentioned on the product page. Sundays and national holidays are not considered workdays. The minimum time of delivery is 5 days while the maximum time of delivery is 30 days.

When you purchase from Karni Packaging, there are no unexpected fees. The prices listed are fixed and inclusive. The cost to you will be exactly what is stated on the product page.

Delivery costs are not additional charges that are assessed in accordance with the seller’s shipping policies.

Why does estimated delivery time differ?

You have probably observed that different products you are interested in have different projected delivery times. The availability of the product, the location, the shipping destination, and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your area all affect how quickly products are delivered.

If you want to know more precise delivery timeframes on the product page itself, please enter your default pin code there (you do not have to do it every time).

Seller will not or cannot deliver to my location. Why?

Please input your pin code on the product page if you want to know if the products may be delivered to your address. The pin code in your shipping address will be utilized to determine its suitability if you did not supply it until the checkout stage.

Your location’s suitability for service will rely on

  • Whether or if we ship to your area
  • Any legal limitations on shipping specific products to your area
  • The proximity to trusted courier team nearby your premises.

Sometimes we choose not to ship to places. We have complete discretion over this.

Why cannot I use Cash on Delivery or COD where I reside?

The ability of our courier partner to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery at your location is necessary for the availability of Cash on Delivery or COD.

How can I arrange for a return item to be picked up?

Refunds are simple. Contact us to start a return. You will get a call describing the process as soon as you request a return.

The pick-up of the item will, if feasible, be assisted by our logistics partner. If a pick-up through our logistics partner is not possible, you can send the item back through a third-party courier service. Shipping fees for returns will be covered by the seller.

Although I did not get my product, I did receive a delivery confirmation SMS or email.

If the product was not delivered despite receiving a delivery confirmation email or SMS, let we know within 7 days of that date so we can investigate it.

Some of the terms you should know when placing your orders.

“In Stock”

Seller will provide the delivery window for items marked as “In Stock” based on the pin code of your location (often 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days, or 4-6 business days in locations where normal courier service is available).

Orders will be dispatched via Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service to all other locations, which could take anywhere from one to two weeks, depending on the location.

“Available”

Even if the Seller does not currently have the requested item in stock, you can still order it. The anticipated period for procurement and delivery to your location will have an impact on the delivery date.

“Indefinitely discontinued”

Due to its obsolescence or ceased manufacture, this product is no longer available.
